You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and another when it has been shipped, along with tracking information if available.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option you selected at checkout. For local deliveries within Nigeria, orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days. For international orders, delivery may take 7 to 21 business days or more, depending on customs and your local postal service.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. In some cases, we may offer free shipping as part of a promotion or for orders over a certain amount. 

Ldozystore is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or other unforeseen events once the item has left our hands. Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address and contact details when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
